Momentum Growth Ventures exists to assist entrepreneurs, as well as high performing teams, optimize their high growth goals by acting as strategic advisors and advocates during the growth process.

We act as sounding boards enabling you to overcome obstacles and challenges to what you wish to achieve. For us, our job is to create the environment so that you and your team of High Performance Entrepreneurs can dramatically create the company we all wish to see.

We know that In the short term things will change, your work will change.

Working together, we are aware of what things to do to make your company much more efficient thereby allowing you to grow at an accelerated rate. As a result, we also will work with owners who want to shift their role within the company from day-to-day manager to becoming the leader. As a result, we also take on a strategic leadership role becoming your advocates and advisers while these changes occur.

During this process, we may also take on overseeing, vetting projects even deal flow in order to help your company grow, transition.

As a result we will share the interests and ownership in your growth.

The reason we do this is that most businesses tend to implement best practices only when a crisis forces them to do so…either in the thick of the crisis or shortly thereafter. Implementing them during a crisis typically does not allow for a well-thought out solution. Implementing a solution after a crisis still allows the crisis to happen. Our process is designed to facilitate solutions before a crisis; implementing it in a well-reasoned and proactive manner. It is easier, less expensive and more effective to do it now. The problem with learning from experience, or through trial and error, is that you take the test before learning the lesson.
